Function of FondsDok
FondsDok is the editorial- and content-management-System for your legal reporting. Your publications are mapped in a customizable publication structure. Several participants - funds manager, economists, controller, Accountants and financial auditors –take part in the creation process by remote access via Web-Browser. They have access to all relevant data, e.g. to graphics, charts or the texts for investment policy.
The required data are directly input in Mircrosoft Office applications. Funds data can be also automatically gathered via interfaces and finished in Word or Excel. FondsDok saves all information concerning the obligatory report in one single data base. All persons in charge can access this database to control and revise the documents.

FondsDok
automatically creates print lithographs via templates according to your
Corporate Design. Via Web-Browser and Adobe Acrobat, internal and external
proofer, e.g. revision and financial auditors, input their annotations
online.
FondsDok saves the
annotations in the database and provides them during the revision process.
So all persons in charge can access the document changes.
